Regulation of the Law on Hunting and Fishing.

The present Regulation enforces the Law on Hunting and Fishing. In particular, hunting and fishing is prohibited in zoological gardens. Carrying hunting rifles requires a specific license. Any trade, supply, import, export of animals authorized only with a license. Hunting and fishing of endangered species is prohibited. The release of the reproduced wild animals and birds is alsoprohibited. The Regulation consists of 36 articles sub-divided into six Chapters: Definitions (I); Regulations on Zoos and Prohibited Areas (II); Hunting and Fishing Licenses (III); Organization (IV); Cooperation with other Agencies (V); Regulation on Trade, Supply, Import and Export (VI).
