Abstract
This Decree sets up restriction measures to the monthly allowed fishing days for fishing vessels actively fishing small pelagic stocks in the Mediterranean Sea.
It also sets a prohibition, with some derogation, to fish stocks of small pelagic in a specifies area of the waters of the Adriatic Sea from July 1, 2016 until July 30, 2016.
The Decree further regulates the application procedures and requirements for the authorization to fish for small pelagic in GSA 17 and GSA 18 as well as the issue of such authorization, its validity and its renewal.
A list is established, as from 30 May 2016, of the units authorized to fish for small pelagic in GSA 17 and GSA 18.
