Abstract
This Legislative Decree adopts the rules and provisions of the Directive 2014/52/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2011/92/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment.
This Decree further sets the necessary modifications to the Italian Legislative Decree No. 152 approving the Code on the Environment (various amended articles as listed in this text), that is relevant in terms of the environmental issues regulated by the above mentioned European Directive.
