Abstract
These provisions lay down amendments and addenda to Legislative Decree No. 216 of 2006 concerning greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the European Community in respect of the Kyoto Protocol's project mechanisms. The amendments mainly refer to the procedure for issuing authorizations related to greenhouse gas emissions. New article 14 bis provides for the setting up of the national system for the inventory of greenhouse gas emissions.
