Abstract
The Legislative Decree, implementing Directive (EU) 2018/2002 amends in several points the Legislative Decree No. 102 of 2014, in particular it amends the national energy target, Title II that concerns measures to promote energy efficiency, Title III that is on efficiency in supply of energy, Title IV on sanctions, certifications and other matters. Annex 3,4, 7 and 9 are also either repealed or amended.
Further amendments are also made to the Legislative Decree No. 115 of 2008. Art. 17 is repealed and Annex I, that concerns the amount of energy from certain combustion materials, is substituted by Art. 20 of the present Decree.
