Abstract
For the purpose of implementing the fifth three-year plan for fisheries and aquaculture, and also of article 2 of Ministerial Decree of 29 May 1992, the management of bivalve mollusc fishing is entrusted to the management consortia established according to Ministerial Decree of 12 January 1995, No. 44. In the maritime districts where no consortia have been created, the provisions of Ministerial Decree of 29 May 1992 shall be applicable. The consortia shall make provisions regarding fishing activities, fishing quotas and operational plans.
