Abstract
This Presidential Decree lays down rules for the production, placing on the market and importing of meat preparations and minced meat. Fresh meat obtained from bovine animals, pigs, sheep or goats and presented in the form of minced meat can be placed on the market. Further are defined inspections and veterinary controls. Owners of establishments shall, among other duties, control and take samples for analysis, observe sanitary norms and in case of risks for human health withdraw from the market the meat. Minced meat and meat preparations may be imported only if deep-frozen, accompanied by a certificate and coming from an approved laboratory. (15 articles ad 5 Annexes)
