Regional Act No. 24 making rules in matter of species that may be harvested and related hunting seasons, and laying down amending and supplementing provisions in matter of hunting and fishing

The preservation, repopulation and improvement of wildlife within the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region are based upon the Regional Plan on Wildlife adopted by Decree of the President of the Regional Council and to be updated every five years. In addition, the Provinces shall draw up and approve their respective provincial plans on wildlife. Articles 3 and 4 lists out those species that may be hunted and the related hunting seasons. Article 6 fixes the total allowable catch. Migratory wild birds may not be hunted, as prescribed under article 22.
