Regional Act No. 26 laying down regional provisions in respect of taxidermy.

This Act makes provisions in matter of taxidermy, which is defined by the first article. Taxidermy shall be subject to the prior issuance of an authorization by the competent Provinces and registration in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Handicrafts (art. 2). Moreover, such activity may be practised only on the wildlife species specified by article 4. Article 6 defines duties of taxidermists. In case of infringement, the penalties laid down in article 7 shall be applied.
