Abstract
The Regional Act is divided into three Parts: Part I regards the approval of the hunting calendar, which is entirely contained in Annex A; Part II lays down amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 29 of 1 July 1994; Part III lays down amendments to Regional Act No. 34 of 5 October 2001.
As regards the regional hunting calendar, Annex A establishes the periods during which hunting is permitted to licensees, specifies the species that may be harvested (giving particular regard to endangered species such as deer, hares, etc.), hunting hours, total allowable catch. Moreover, the penalties set forth in article 4 of Annex A.
