Abstract
The present Regional Act lays down provisions as regards hunting of starlings by way of derogation from the provisions in force at the regional level in matter of hunting. Such species may be captured and killed so as to prevent damages caused by starlings to cultivated areas and crops. Controls shall be carried out by the officers specified in article 3. In case of infringement, the penalties established by article 5 shall be applied. The Annex attached specifies the daily total allowable catch of starlings per hunter and related season, as well as the hunting gear which is permitted.
