Abstract
This Regional Act lays down amendments and supplements Regional Act No. 12 of 21 February 2000 in matter of harvesting of mushrooms. In accordance with the new provision contained in article 1 hereto, which replaces article 2 of Regional Act No. 12, the collection of mushrooms shall be permitted to all nationals in the protected nature areas referred to in Regional Act No. 9 of 1995, with the exception of areas falling within Zone A. Hereinafter, the maximum quantity to be harvested per person daily shall be three kilograms. Article 3 specifying the persons which shall be exempted from the obligations laid down in article 2 is replaced by the text laid down in article 2 of this Act. Article 4 on authorizations issued for particular purposes is replaced as well. Article 5 replaces article 6 defining the mushroom species that may not be harvested. Article 14 setting out penalties is replaced by the text contained in article 6 hereto. Lastly, Table A is repealed.
