Regional Act No. 47 amending Regional Act No. 3 of 1994 on wildlife protection and Regional Act No. 20 of 2002 laying down the hunting calendar.

Particular amendments and addenda are hereby laid down to Regional Act No. 3 of 1994 and to Regional Act No. 20 of 2002 in matter of hunting and wildlife protection. Article 6 bis is added to Regional Act No. 20 of 2002. This new provision concerns the authorization required to hunt for deers. Article 28 of Regional Act No. 3 of 1994 is amended so as to allow hunting for game on certain conditions, by way of derogation from the hunting calendar.
