Abstract
This Order is enacted pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Safety and Health Act (Act No.57, 1972).
The Order specifies the appointment of safety officers, health officers, industrial physicians, and operations chiefs in workplaces regularly employing 50 workers or more. Additionally, the Order sets out the number of safety officers required based on the industry and scale of the workplace.
