Coffee (General) Rules.

These Rules concern matters of miscellaneous character as provided for in the Coffee Act. The first part of the Rules concern the election of representatives to public bodies or public meetings as provided for by the Coffee Act. For this purpose electoral districts are established. Whenever a planter's licence is issued to any person or co-operative society, the Kenya Coffee Board shall allocate that person or society to an electoral district. Other parts of the Rules concern the licensing of planters or registration of coffee millers and the registration of distinguishing marks and the delivery of coffee to the Board.
