Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, amend the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Air Quality) Regulations, 2024, Legal Notice no. 180 of 2024, by deleting and replacing words and definitions, and penalties.
