Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, amend the Environmental Management and Co- ordination (Air Quality) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 180 of 2024, by replacing words and definitions concerning responsible authority and penalties.
