Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, amend the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Sand Harvesting) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 179 of 2024, by deleting the words “civil society organisation” appearing in paragraph (h) of Regulation no. 6 and substituting therefor the words “public benefit organisation".
