Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, amend the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Sand Harvesting) (Amendment) Regulations, no. 179 of 2024, by deleting the words “civil society organisation” appearing in Regulation 6, paragraph (h) and substituting therefor the words “public benefit organisation”, and by repealing Regulations no. 22 of 2025.
