Abstract
These Regulations, implementing sections 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, amend the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Waste Management) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 178 of 2024, by replacing paragraph (f) of Regulation 21.
