Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, amend the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Waste Management) Regulations, no. 178 of 2024, by replacing a paragraph in sub-regulations and by repealing Regulations no. 24 of 2025.
