Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development under section 15 of the Pest Control Products Act, provide for fees and levies for the pest control products sector. The Regulations concern: fees payable to the Board in relation to their duties and services; charges for supervision services rendered by the Board; disposal of non-compliant pest control products; registration of pest control products; licences for import and export of products.
