Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister for Agriculture under section 15 of the Pest Control Products Act, provide that fees payable by any person to the Pest Control Products Board for services rendered by the Board shall be as prescribed by the Board from time to time and be as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. It also provides that the Board may charge an import fee and that the funds so raised shall be used in part for training purposes.
