Pest Control Products (Labelling, Advertising and Packaging) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006 (L.N. No. 127 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Pest Control Products (Labelling, Advertising and Packaging) Regulations in regulation 3(2) and in the First and Second Schedule. Regulation 3 (2) concerns specifications that labels must possess in order to be approved by the Board, the First Schedule concerns classification fo pest control products and the Second Schedule cautionary words and symbols on labels.
