Pest Control Products (Labelling, Advertising and Packaging) Regulations (Cap. 346).

These Regulations prescribe conditions and requirements for the packing, labelling and advertising of pest control products as defined by the Pest Control Products Act and provide some rules regarding to storage and distribution of such products.
No pest control product shall be distributed or sold without a label approved by the Pest Control Products Board. The label shall be conform the specifications as laid down by these Regulations. A pest control product shall be stored and displayed in accordance with the conditions shown on the label and no person shall use a pest control product in a manner that is inconsistent with the directions or limitations respecting its use as shown on the label. A pest control product shall be distributed in accordance with such condition as the Board shall specify. Every package of a pest control product shall be approved by the Board. The packing shall be conform the specifications as laid down by these Regulations. The Schedule concerns the classification of pest control products for purposes of packing and labelling.
