Pest Control Products (Registration) Regulations (Cap. 346).

These Regulations provide for the registration pest control products in accordance with provisions the Pest Control Products Act. The Regulations lay down procedures ad requirements of registration and specify circumstances when no registration is required and, in the First Schedule, products that require no registration. A holder of a certificate of registration issued under these Regulations shall keep a record of all the quantities of pest control products stored, manufactured or sold by him or her.
