Pest Control Products (Registration) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 130 of 2024.

These Regulations, made under section 15 of the Pest Control Products Act, provide for procedures, requirements and conditions for the registration of pest control products, and for risk assessment and evaluation of pest control products. The Regulations concern: biochemical pesticide; banned pest control products; conventional pest control product; macrobial and microbial biopesticide; maximum residue limit; general requirements on registration of pest control products; payment of submission fee; labelling requirements; risk assessment on a pest control product; general penalty.
