Abstract
The State of Kuwait adopt the “Pesticides Act in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf”, approved by the Supreme Council in its 25th session held in the Kingdom of Bahrain the 20 and the 21st December 2004. The Law consisting of 3 articles defines the offences and penalties to be applied in case of violation of the provisions of the Pesticides Act. The President of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources is the relevant authority in these cases.
