Abstract
Article 65 of Land Code (No.442-II ZRK of 2003) shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Responsibilities of land owners and land tenants related to the use of land plots when locating geodetic points on their land plots include report cases of damage or destruction in accordance with the rules on protection, demolition or re-laying (relocation) of geodetic points approved by authorized body in the field of geodesy, cartography and spatial data”. Article 15 of the Law No. 527-IV ZRK “On national security” shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Authorized body in the field of geodesy, cartography and spatial data shall be intended the central executive body that carries out management and intersectoral coordination in the field of geodesy, cartography and spatial data”. Annex 3 of the Law No. 202-V ZRK “On permits and notifications” shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Notification of the start or termination of aerial surveys shall be submitted to the competent authority”.
