Abstract
The stock of land in accordance with its destination is subdivided into the following categories: 1) agricultural land; 2) urban land; 3) industrial land; 4) land of protected areas; 5) forest land; 6) water land; 7) reserve land. The document consists of 5 Sections composed of 21 Chapters that contain 170 articles. Section 1 (Chapters 1-2) lays down general provisions. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-12) lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 13-19) establishes competence of state institutions in the field of land relations. Section 2 (Chapters 3-9) regards right of ownership, right of land tenure and other property rights regarding land. Chapter 3 (arts. 20-27) regards land ownership. Chapter 4 (arts. 28-41) regards the right of land tenure. Chapter 5 (arts. 42-63) deals with the plots of land as the objects of the right of ownership, right of land tenure and other property rights. Chapter 6 (arts. 64-66) determines the right and the obligations of the owners of the plots of land and land tenants in the process of the use of the plots of land. Chapter 7 (arts. 67-75) regards servitude. Chapter 8 (arts. 76-80) regards mortgage of the plots of land and the right of land tenure. Chapter 9 (arts. 81-96) regards cessation of the property rights to land, tenancy and other property lands to land. Section 3 (Chapters 10-16) classifies categories of land. Chapter 10 (arts. 97-106) regards agricultural land. Chapter 11 (arts. 107-110) regards urban land. Chapter 12 (arts. 111-121) regards industrial land. Chapter 13 (arts. 122-127) regards land of protected areas. Chapter 14 (arts. 128-131) regards forest land. Chapter 15 (arts. 132-136) regards water land. Chapter 16 (arts. 137-138) regards reserve land. Section 4 (Chapters 17-19) regards protection of land, state control, land survey, monitoring and land cadastre. Chapter 17 (arts. 139-143) regards protection of land. Chapter 18 (arts. 144-148) regards state control over the use and protection of land. Chapter 19 (arts. 149-163) regards land survey, state land cadastre and land monitoring. Section 5 (Chapters 20-21) regards enforcement of land legislation and lays down final provisions. Chapter 20 (arts. 164-168) regards protection of the right of property and the right of land tenure, and compensation of losses. Chapter 21 (arts. 169-170) lays down final and transitional provisions.
