Law No. 222 on amendments and addenda to some legislative acts regarding licensing.

Article 66 of the Water Code shall be supplemented with the following wording: “2. Special water use shall be carried out by legal and natural persons in accordance with authorization for the purposes established therein and it shall not cause damage to environment.” Item 6 of the Article 15 of the Law No. 429-1 on state regulation of the manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirits shall acquire a new wording: “Certain activities related to manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors shall be subject to licensing in accordance with the national legislation.” Article 12 of the Law No. 331-2 on plant protection shall be supplemented with item 3 of the following wording: “The quantity of pesticides imported for the purpose of registration, testing and scientific research shall be established by the authorized institution.”
