This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure for trade of sturgeon species of fish withdrawn from the natural habitat and caviar by the state enterprise, which is a subject of the state monopoly. Trading facility performing procurement, storage and trade of sturgeon fish species shall be assigned account number. Labels in state and Russian languages must indicate: (a) name, weight, price per kilogram or per unit; (b) nutritional value of the product (caloric value, protein and fat content, carbohydrates); (c) methods and conditions of production of finished products (for preservatives and semi-finished products; (d) conditions and terms of storage, as well as shelf life; (e) composition of products.
