Ministerial Decree No. 454 amending Ministerial Decree No. 773 validating the Regulation on protecting the national territory against quarantine pests.

The following phrase shall be added to item 2: “The authorized state institution shall issue an authorization including all necessary documentation for the import/export of products subject to quarantine inspection contemplated under the present Regulation and an authorization for the import/export of products of animal origin subject to veterinary inspection.”
