Abstract
This Regulation determines the procedure for subsidizing increasing the productivity and quality of aquaculture (fishfarming) products, as well as the development of breeding fishfarming, the procedure for providing the state service "Subsidizing for increasing the productivity and quality of aquaculture products (fishfarming), as well as breeding fishfarming." Subsidies are intended for commodity producers (service recipients) to reduce the cost of aquaculture (fishfarming) products by reimbursing: (a) 30% of the costs for the purchase of feed used in the cultivation of sturgeon, salmon, carp, catfish, cichlids, Latidaes, bonytongues fish species and their hybrids, crustaceans; (b) 50% of the costs for the acquisition of stocking material; (с) 50% of the costs for the purchase of fishfarming and biological substantiation; (d) 50% of expenses for the purchase of veterinary drugs; and (e) 50% of the costs for the acquisition of replacement broodstock and its maintenance. The volume of subsidies by type of subsidy is determined according to the priority goals and indicators of state and government programs. Subsidies are paid at the expense and within the limits of funds provided for in the local budget for the corresponding financial year. Annex 1 contains: (a) Application for subsidies for purchased feed; (b) Application for subsidies for purchased fishfarming and biological substantiation; (c) Application for subsidies for purchased veterinary drugs; (d) Application for subsidies for purchased fish stocking; and (e) Application for subsidies for purchased replacement broodstock and its maintenance. Annex 2 contains: (a) Public service standard "Subsidizing for increasing the productivity and quality of aquaculture products (fishfarming), as well as the development of breeding fishfarming". Annex 3 contains: Formulas for calculating subsidies. Annex 4 contains: Notification of subsidy transfer. Annex 5 contains: Notification of refusal to provide public services.
