Order No. 7-1/68 validating the Regulation on identification and marking of agricultural animals.

This Order sets forth mandatory identification through mandatory marking of all agricultural animals present on the national territory in accordance with the following modalities: (a) calves, lambs, goatlings, piglets destined for fattening, and young camels shall be subject to marking within seven days since the date of birth; (b) colts within four months since the date of birth; and (c) piglets destined for reproduction purposes within three months since the date of birth. Individual identification tag of agricultural animals shall be composed of 12 symbols.
