Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 10 articles. Article 1 classifies the different types of meat (meat, cooled meat, cooled meat with bones, cooled boneless meat in vacuum-sealed packages, and frozen meat. Paragraph 4 of clause 8 of article 2 of Resolution No. 105/1 of 3/6/1998 shall be substituted with the following: the delivery period of meat for human consumption and the expiry date shall be fixed as in the attached list (art. 2). Importation of meat with 2 expiry dates (cooled date and frozen date) is prohibited (art. 3). It is prohibited to re-freeze frozen meat in order to prolong the expiry date (art. 4).
