Amendment of 2008 of the Fauna and Flora Regulations, 1938.

The Fauna and Flora Regulations 1938 are amended by the substitution for regulation 4 thereof of the following: “An entry fee shall be paid by every person entering a National Park falling within Category I of Category II as set out in Schedule I or Schedule II of these regulations, at such rate as is specified in Column II and Column III, in respect of the categories of persons specified in Column I, respectively, of such Schedules (which specify Park Fees for entry into specific National Parks). Regulations 4C and 4D are substituted and Regulation 4E is added.
