Abstract
These regulations amend the Regulations under the Fauna and Flora Protection Ordinance, No. 2 of 1937. Regulation 4 is substituted by the following: “An entry fee shall be paid by every person entering a National Park falling within Category I of Category II as set out in Schedule I or Schedule II, at such rate as is specified in Column II and Column III, in respect of the categories of persons specified in Column I, respectively, of such Schedules. The person paying the fee shall be issued with a permit authorizing him to enter either the Category I or Category II Park as the case may be, and the permit shall contain the terms and conditions subject to which the same is issued. No entry permit issued in terms of paragraph (2) shall be considered to be valid once the person to whom the permit relates has left the respective National Park. They also provide for requirements and administrative and legal proceedings for any person who intends to enter a Category I Park on two separate occasions. The person paying the fee shall be issued with a permit to enter the Category I Park on two separate occasions on the same day shall contain the terms and conditions subject to which the same is issued.
