Abstract
These Regulations regulate timber logging and transport. In particular, they lay down a table specifying that no person shall within, into or out of any area specified in Column I of the Schedule one, transport otherwise than under the authority of a permit issued in that behalf in terms of the Forest Ordinance (Chapter 451) by an officer specified in the corresponding entry in Column III of that Schedule, any timber belonging to anyone of the species specified in Column II of such Schedule. The transportation within the area specified in Column I of the Schedule two any species of timber specified in the corresponding entry in Column II of that Schedule shall be exempted from the provisions of paragraph (b) of Sub-section (1) of Section 24 of the Forest Ordinance.
