Abstract
These Regulations amend the National Environmental (Protection and Quality) Regulations 1990.
Minor amendments have been made to regulations 1 and 15 and a new Part II shall be added after regulation 15 dealing with licences for the collection, disposal, transportation, storage, etc. of waste and for facilities for the disposal of any waste. The text further provides for inspection powers of the authority and for obligations and duties of licensees.
