Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the requirements for control sampling of fertilisers and growing media (the substrate), as well as the procedures by which the State Plant Protection Service takes and prepares control samples of fertilisers and substrates for the quality conformity inspection thereof. In respect of the fertilisers with marking "EC fertiliser" for which a sample is taken in accordance with the requirements laid down in Annex 4 of Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 relating to fertilisers only Paragraphs 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 of this Regulation shall apply.
