Abstract
Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The scope of this Law shall be as follows: (a) determination of the modalities of economic management of waste for the protection n of human life and health, and also of private property; and (b) promotion of economic management of waste and recycling with a view of reduction of waste formation”.
