Abstract
Article 10.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Local government of the city of Riga organizes elaboration of plans for economic management of waste on its administrative territory and, after coordination with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, shall validate it. Regional plans for economic management of waste must establish regional boundaries for economic management of waste”.
