Abstract
This Law consisting of 2 articles adds article 20 bis to the original Law that introduces an exception to the rules that permits, within one year of the Law taking effect, the temporary assignment or loaning of certain government or public body employees to the authority, bypassing the regulations of the Civil Service Law.
