Law No. 93 of 1974 amending some provisions of Law No. 26 of 1972.

This Law, comprising four articles, amends the original law by (i) replacing Article 7, which defines the authority's administrations as the General Administration for Technical Affairs, the General Administration for Planning and Monitoring, and the General Administration for Financial and Administrative Affairs; (ii) establishing the Board of Directors; (iii) adding a new paragraph to Article 12, granting the Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors powers equivalent to those of the Minister in laws and regulations governing the organization and management of the Authority’s operations; (iv) adding a new paragraph to Article 13, outlining assistance to the General Director in overseeing water research and studies, as well as monitoring the implementation of technical decisions.
