Abstract
Regulation on supply of natural gas aims at regulating legal relations between the end user, supplier and system operator regarding: (a) natural gas supply, including supply of natural gas by a supplier in an extreme case and a supplier with an obligation to supply natural gas to domestic consumers and small economic entities in the context of public service obligations; (b) conclusion of contracts and invoicing of consumed natural gas; (c) disconnection, reconnection of gas installations (gas appliances) of end users, restriction and interruption of natural gas supply; (d) quality of gas supply service; and (e) consideration of complaints and settlement of disputes between suppliers, system operators and end users. Natural gas is supplied on the basis of a natural gas supply contract concluded between the end user and the supplier in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. The Supplier assumes responsibility for meeting all its obligations on the natural gas market related to the supply of natural gas to the places of consumption, including the balancing of natural gas consumption.
