Abstract
Regulation on the National Council on Land-Use Planning establishes legal status, composition, powers and functioning of the National Council for territory planning. The Council is not a legal entity and carries out its activities in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, laws, decrees and orders of the Government, other regulations, as well as the requirements of this Regulation. This Regulation establishes the main goal of the Council, which is to supervise the process of developing specialized sections of the National Territory Development Plan in full, financed from the state budget. The Council performs the following tasks: (a) coordination of the activities of central and local public authorities for the development of documentation related to land-use planning of the territory; and (b) ensuring transparency in the use of allocated financial resources. The Council has the following powers: (a) ensuring intersectoral cooperation in the development of land-use planning documentation; and (b) ensuring monitoring of the use of financial resources allocated for the development of specialized sections land-use planning documentation in full.
