Law No. 312 “On groups of agricultural producers and associations thereof”.

This Law establishes legal basis for organization, acknowledgement and functioning of the groups of producers of agricultural commodities, the main objective of which shall be trade of agricultural producers manufactured thereby, improvement of the efficiency and planning of agricultural production, and establishment of terms and conditions for granting financial support to the groups of producers of agricultural commodities. The Law shall have as its objective strengthening of cooperation between groups and associations of the producers of agricultural commodities, reduction of production costs, stabilization of the prices of agricultural commodities and increase of export of foodstuffs. A group of agricultural producers must be composed of at least 5 members – producers of agricultural commodities no one of which can detain more than 20 percent of votes for voting.
