Ministerial Decree No. 898 amending Ministerial Decree No. 988 validating the Regulation on ecological funds.

Item 14 shall be amended to add a new wording: “The National Environmental Fund is managed by an administrative council of seven people: the Minister of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment (Chairman), the State Secretary responsible for environmental protection and natural resources (deputy chairman), one representative from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and infrastructure, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection and the State Chancellery, as well as one representative of non-governmental environmental organizations (with annual rotation advanced by the general meeting of non-governmental environmental organizations). The activities of the administrative council are governed by the Regulation on the Management of Environmental Funds, approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and the Environment”.
