Resolution No. HANRE26/2023 of the National Energy Regulatory Agency validating the Regulation on the Register of participants of wholesale natural gas market.

Regulation on the Register of participants of wholesale natural gas market regulates the registration procedure and the procedure for updating the Register of wholesale natural gas market participants in accordance with the requirements established in the Energy Community. The terms of this Regulation apply to participants in the wholesale natural gas market who carry out transactions with energy products of the wholesale market or express an interest in participating in such transactions, in the case where the supply of energy products of the wholesale market is carried out or will be carried out in the Republic of Moldova. Participants in the wholesale natural gas market who conduct transactions with energy products of the wholesale market or express interest in participating in such transactions through trade orders are required to register in the Register of Participants in the Wholesale Natural Gas Market created by the Agency. The Register of wholesale market participants contains at least the following information about each wholesale market participant: (a) unified identification code; (b) fiscal code, VAT registration number; (c) head office address/home address; (d) persons responsible for the operational decisions of the relevant participant and for transaction decisions; (d) the ultimate beneficiary of the transaction activities of the relevant participant; and (e) other information allowing the participant to be identified.
